Lets start with the left hand side, this is the main navigation section of the Match Visualizer.
You’ll see confirmation of your project name and the lists you’re matching.
Below this you’ll see the Match Weightings section. This is where you control which elements of your lists you’d like to match on and define their comparative importance.

i.e. Company_Name = O”hara systems corp
When you export data into a quoted CSV format the rogue quotes (”) cause problems with systems being able to properly identify the columns within the list.
An easy solution for this is to use the REPLACE function available in most database systems during the output.
i.e. REPLACE(Company_Name,’”‘,”)

The most common reason we have found is lists having inconsistent numbers of columns in every row.
We have seen examples of this happen where the list has been edited in a standard Text editor rather than a structured tool such as Microsoft Excel. When editing Lists in a Text Editor its easy to remove carriage returns which results in rows being merged together creating the inconsistent number of columns.
If for any reason your list does fail to load you will need to remove the list from your available lists, this you do by clicking on the delete button shown in the picture below.
Clicking on the error code will pop up a window telling you why the list failed to load so that you can investigate and fix the issue and then try again.
